About The Business

One of our white label partners based in the USA is the first food-focused online marketplace built to provide anyone with access to quality food and supplies in bulk. By creating a selling space for both large manufacturers and local distributors, this marketplace offers the widest variety of products to the widest reach of businesses and consumers alike. There are more than 150K products listed on the website and still growing.

Requirements

The business wanted to increase the revenue on the website with Google Ads. There were some campaigns already running, but they were not performing enough. The requirement was to hire a full-time media buyer who can optimize the account to increase the performance.

Solution

We assigned a dedicated account manager who was having the highest experience in the team. He reviewed the account, previously running campaigns, the nature of business, and the goal of advertising. He also did competitors’ research to  deploy the best strategy to stay ahead of the competition.

How we did it

We simplified the account structure by minimalizing the number of campaigns. We set up shopping, search, display, and video campaigns to reach a wider audience and drive more traffic to the website. As the store had more than 150K products, we used smart campaigns and automated bidding strategies to take advantage of Google’s AI and save the time of manual bidding.
